We were thrilled to welcome five Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics (MEAM) alumni back to campus for our recent Alumni Career Panel as part of the MEAM Career Development Series. This semester, we heard from Christopher Amendano of NextEra Energy, Kathie Jin of Tesla, Alexandra Marcus of 3M, Sarah Pasquale of General Dynamics, and Audrey Walsh of Draper Laboratory, to generously share their career insights and advice with our current students.
Our students greatly appreciated the opportunity to learn from these alumni who have forged diverse paths since graduating. The panelists provided valuable guidance on topics like navigating the job search, developing a fulfilling career, and leveraging MEAM skills in the workplace.
We are deeply grateful to our alumni for taking the time to inspire and mentor the next generation of MEAM students. Their willingness to share their experiences and wisdom will have a lasting impact on our current students as they chart their own career journeys.
